Returns/Exchange: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow us at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


3 Step Return or Exchange Process

  1. Return/Exchange Request: To return or exchange an item, please email customer service at thecosmicaroma@gmail.com to request for exchange or return.
  2. After the exchange/return request is accepted, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

3. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

 

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method like shiprocket to mail your return.
